Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (PST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days after processing

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $30 or more
• Promotional free shipping may be offered during select campaigns

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
🚫 We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor delivery progress on the carrier’s website.

Delays & Exceptions

Holiday Shipping Delays

Please note that order processing and delivery may be delayed during U.S. national holidays. Carriers may also experience high volumes during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), which could affect delivery times.

Weather and Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other logistics issues beyond our control.

Force Majeure Clause

Yaoyao Play is not liable for shipping delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or transportation network disruptions.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return Method & Shipping

• Return Label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item)
• Restocking Fee: None
• Refund Processing Time: Up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

📦 We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 days. We may offer:

• A replacement item or part
• A full refund if the item is no longer available

✅ In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

📸 We may request photos to confirm the issue before sending replacements.

Not considered defects:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections
• Packaging condition

Refunds
