Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 10:00 AM (PST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
🚫 We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor delivery progress on the carrier’s website.
Delays & Exceptions
Holiday Shipping Delays
Please note that order processing and delivery may be delayed during U.S. national holidays. Carriers may also experience high volumes during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), which could affect delivery times.
Weather and Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other logistics issues beyond our control.
Force Majeure Clause
Yaoyao Play is not liable for shipping delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or transportation network disruptions.
